I provided a new construction loan on Unit 15, one of the premiere residences located within The Pointe at East Matunuck waterfront community in southern RI. This private gated association blends striking residences with the waterfront amenities of a New England seaside retreat. Unit 15 has direct Southern and Western Ocean exposure, looking over the beach to Block Island. The Pointe features exquisitely executed custom designed homes on 5 waterfront acres surrounded by conservation land. Our private new construction loan program allowed the borrower to move quickly in getting the model built, which was key in selling out of the other units.
